At Welch's Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
